Shubharthi could be any individual recovering from any mental health challenge- be it OCD, Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, or Addiction. Shubharthi would receive help and develop skills to manage their mental health better.

Neuropsychological Nurturance Center is a centre for Senior Citizens where they can learn various activities, make new friends, and sharpen their minds. NPNC offers various Brain Stimulating activities.

If you are an individual on their journey to recovery from Mental Health Disorder, you are a Shubharthi. You can register with us to help your ongoing treatment by participating in skill building activities & indulging yourself in a non-judgmental mental health space.

Professional

If you are a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, or a professional working in the field of mental health, and you know that your patient would benefit from THC, then you could refer them to us along with your referral note.

Institute

If you are an Institute, you could collaborate with us to help your patients benefit the from the services at Tridal Hangout Cafe.

Caregiver

If you are a caregiver of someone who is on their journey to recovery from a mental health disorder or if you know someone who may need help, you could reach out to us.

Senior Citizen

If you are a Senior Citizen or a caregiver of a senior citizen, you could reach us for NPNC.

Our Neuropsychological Nurturance Centre is for senior citizens where they could participate in brain stimulation activities on their journey to healthy ageing.
